A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is required immediately for a contract position supporting an elementary caseload in a public school setting. The role is based in Port Orchard, WA, serving 38 students with diverse speech and language needs.

Essential Qualifications And Experience
- Valid SLP certification and licensure appropriate for the state
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting
- Ability to adapt quickly to remote and virtual learning environments
- Strong technology skills to effectively deliver teletherapy when required
- Flexibility to start immediately and maintain consistent service delivery
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized speech and language therapy to assigned students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support students communication goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Deliver therapy services through virtual platforms as necessary due to remote learning conditions
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development and implementation
