The Role

We’relooking for aStrategic Account Executive, Multi-Channel Sales,who thrives on building strategic partner relationships and driving joint success.You’llwork closely with consulting partners to bring our solutions to market, enabling smarter decisions and better outcomes across healthcare. How you will contribute:

Own strategic relationships with consulting partners who resell Truven solutions

Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners, aligning on target segments, messaging, and sales enablement strategies

Enable partner success by delivering training and ongoing support to ensureaccuratepositioning of Truven solutions

Monitor partner pipeline and performance, providing guidance to accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to support partner needs

Drive partner engagement and loyalty through regular business reviews, performance check-ins, and collaborative planning

Pursue opportunities to develop partnerships with net-new consulting partners

About You

Whatyou will bring:

Minimum of8years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree

Proven ability to build andmaintainstrong relationships with current and prospective partners

Skilled in effectively positioning Health Insights solutions to partner audiences

Ability toquicklyonboard and train partners for successful solution adoption

Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics influencing partner strategy

Experience developing and executing channel or partner strategies in B2B enterprise environments

Proventrack recordof enabling partners through training, tools, and ongoing support.

Self-starter with a history of driving results in partner-led or indirect sales models

Strong influencing skills with the ability to align external and internal stakeholders

Experience with joint account planning and co-selling with consulting or reseller partners

Executive presence with confidence in leading partner business reviews and strategic discussions

Compensation

The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.

Min – Max :

$179,796.80 - $269,695.20 (USD)
