Role Description
The SDR role is the entry point into Skyline’s sales organization and is designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales.
As an SDR, you will be the first touchpoint in our sales process — identifying opportunities, qualifying accounts, and setting up the sales team for success. This is a high-energy, in-office role with structured training, hands-on mentorship, and a clearly defined path to becoming a Sales Representative.
Top-performing SDRs can advance into a Sales Representative role with higher earning potential and greater responsibility.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales and Sales to engage with potential customers and close opportunities
- Experience in Lead Generation and Business Development to build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective clients
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey product information and establish relationships
- Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is advantageous
