This role is office-based in Mexico. The role requires professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
Under the regular daily supervision of a manager and in collaboration with senior team members, the Account Executive, Digital Accounts performs detailed work of an analytical and customer-service nature for assigned clients.
Typical duties include digital offer processing and management, client reporting and tracking, database maintenance, communicating to the client on any questions regarding database issues, educating and training the client on the digital coupon industry and responding to ad hoc inquiries relating to promotion evaluation or transaction settlement.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Represents Inmar’s Retail Cloud solutions and platforms to assigned client accounts on a day-to-day basis.
- Responsible for the reporting on payment processes and ensures the integrity of clients' reports and billing.
- Develop strong relationships with client base resulting in client contract renewals.
- Responsible for oral and written communication to resolve client issues, develop procedures and establish guidelines.
- Working closely with manager and other team members, perform special projects as required to maintain assigned accounts (for example, data collection projects, research projects).
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of client management experience or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position
- Ability to perform detailed and complex work with data analysis; advance excel skills
- Requires strong organization and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to concisely explain complex concepts to clients
- Ability to professionally handle client issues and maintain good business relations
