We’re looking for an experienced ER professional who’s energized by workplace investigations, problem-solving, and mitigating risk. Our ER team is a tight‑knit, energized group of professionals who genuinely love the work we do and the impact we make.

Where You Come In
You will
- Be responsible for coaching and advising leaders and employees on conduct related matters including absenteeism, misconduct, and policy violations. Ensuring that investigations and recommendations are compliant with policies, practices and applicable employment law.
- Independently investigate, determine accountability and follow to resolution in a positive manner that mitigates risk while employing a high levels of discretion
- Complete thorough, accurate investigation documentations including issue confirmation, interview notes, investigation summaries, investigation results memos, etc.
- Prepares or assists in the preparation of conduct and other policy violations corrective action memos
- Present information, influence decisions and facilitate training on key Employee relations issues
- Participates in policy writing and interpretation. May assist in developing organizational policy and procedural efficiencies within Employee Relations team or based on business goals and HR strategy.
- Consistently enters and updates case details in ER’s case management system (ServiceNow)
- Track, analyze and provide insights on trends and opportunities to HRBPs and the business
- Keep abreast of employment laws and developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices
- Exhibit exceptional integrity, confidentiality and privacy
What Makes You Successful
- Extensive experience of conducting investigations in the U.S., in addition to advising on a broad range of employee relations topics including accommodations and leave management.
- Knowledge of Arizona and California employment law
- Ability to establish strong cross functional relationships at all levels and geographies and to interact with and effectively influence
- High-quality judgment and sound decision-making
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with a proven ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy, including with external vendors/partners as needed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, establishing priorities and multitasking
- Acts with sense of urgency, bias for action, fast pace, and desire to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Good presentation skills
- Assists in determining objectives of assignment. Plan schedule and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives which include working outside normal business hours (e.g., after 5 PM) and days (e.g. weekends).

Travel Required
Experience And Education Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).

Salary
$65,000.00 - $108,300.00
