Job Summary And Qualifications
The purpose of our HealthTrust Interns is to offer an opportunity for emerging professionals to expand their skill sets in various business areas across the company. This opportunity is designed to encourage growth over time. The interns hired may be looked at for subsequent internships or full-time employment to continue the growth they have worked on in their designated areas or others. The specific responsibilities and projects for each intern vary depending on the business area they will be assisting.
Major Responsibilities:
- Determine the business needs for your department and aide in development of streamlined processes to achieve these needs.
- Analyze projects assigned in your area and utilize the resources at your disposal to meet required deadlines.
- Communicate your progress on tasks with your leader regularly to ensure business objectives are being met.
- Execute the requests given by your leader, team, and/or vendors you will be working with.
- Study and learn the different technical systems that you will be working in to support your functional area.
- Review the supporting documentation available to you to determine the ways to work more efficiently in your role.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.”
Requirements
- Completed at least two semesters toward a Bachelor’s degree is required
