A licensed School Psychologist is needed to support students across all grade levels, including K-5, 6-8, and 9-12, at a school located in Newark, NJ. This position is a contract role focused on providing comprehensive psychological services within an educational setting to enhance student learning and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students to identify learning needs and behavioral concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on assessment results.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to support student development and mental health.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to address student progress and challenges.
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed.
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
