Rx relief is seeking an experienced Pharmacist-In-Charge to support a leading 503B Outsourcing Facility. This role ensures compliance with FDA, DEA, and Board of Pharmacy regulations while overseeing sterile and non-sterile compounding operations under cGMP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure 503B and cGMP compliance in daily operations
- Oversee sterile compounding per USP <797>, <800>, and <825>
- Manage controlled substance handling and documentation
- Support Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Review SOPs, deviations, and batch records for regulatory accuracy
Qualifications:
- New York Pharmacist license
- 5+ years’ experience in sterile compounding
- Strong understanding of FDA, DEA, and state regulations
- Experience with QMS and controlled substance compliance
