Job Description

What You’ll Do

Coordinate calibration and preventive maintenance for lab instruments
Schedule and track work performed by external service vendors
Review vendor documentation for maintenance and repair activities
Enter data into quality systems and maintain accurate equipment records
Complete logbook entries and basic laboratory documentation
Support inventory, equipment readiness, and general lab organization
Help maintain compliance and inspection readiness in a regulated environment

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma/GED required; AAS in science, business, or related field strongly preferred
1–2 years of laboratory experience; pharma/biotech experience a plus

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Able to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain accuracy in documentation
Works well independently and as part of a team, with clear and respectful communication
Strong organization, time‑management, and multitasking skills
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Adaptable, reliable, and able to maintain integrity and professionalism in all tasks

Additional Information

Compensation

$17.60 - $21.85

Schedule

Position is full-time, 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
