Mail Order Staff Pharmacist – Athens, Ohio (Contract)
RPh on the Go is partnering with a growing mail order pharmacy in Athens, Ohio seeking a licensed Staff Pharmacist. This opportunity offers flexibility for either part-time or full-time availability and focuses primarily on prescription verification in a closed-door, mail order environment with minimal direct patient interaction.
Term of Assignment: Start ASAP | Contract
Schedule: Flexible scheduling available for part-time or full-time candidates within operating hours.
Pharmacy Hours:
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
Job Duties:
- Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Oversee dispensing workflow in a mail order pharmacy environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and quality assurance standards
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
Requirements:
- Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
- No negative licensure history
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a mail order pharmacy setting
- Previous prescription verification experience preferred
