A full-time School Psychologist opportunity is available in Cleveland, TN, serving an elementary caseload for grades K-5. This contract role involves supporting students through comprehensive psychological services within a school setting, working approximately 37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting psychological evaluations to assess student needs and strengths
- Participating in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and administrators to support student success
- Traveling between local schools as needed for caseload management
Qualifications And Experience
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly K-5
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and special education processes
