Director, Creative Marketing
Job Summary
The Director of Creative Marketing will lead our design team and drive our creative vision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating outstanding visual content and bringing creative ideas to life. As our creative director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our creative and brand strategy.
Key Duties
- Develop and execute our creative marketing strategy, aligning our brand vision and mission to the company’s overall strategy.
- Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers and multimedia producers to ensure the delivery of high-quality visual content and marketing collateral.
- Leverage Adobe Creative Suite to create and review print, digital, and multimedia assets that tell the brand story and clearly communicate value propositions for our products.
- Manage multiple brands (RedSail, PioneerRx, PrimeRx, Axys LTC, and BestRx) to ensure that these brands can stand alone well, while also being a part of the greater RedSail parent company brand.
- Bring new and innovative ideas to campaign kick-off calls to ensure that campaigns stand out.
- Lead creative campaigns/projects that help expand current customer accounts and enable us to land new accounts.
- Partner with leadership to support internal initiatives, such as slide decks for all-hands meetings, videos from the CEO, etc.
- Actively use the marketing team’s project management tools to ensure that creative projects (your own and your team’s) meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Create processes to improve the efficiency of your team and enhance interactions with other members of the marketing team.
- Report on the team’s performance and influence on marketing’s success, showcasing the value of creative efforts and improved efficiency over time (month over month, quarter over quarter, and year over year).
- Delegate projects to your team based on their individual skill sets.
- Provide your team with opportunities to work on projects they enjoy and can execute successfully, while also challenging them to learn new skills on projects that require them to learn new skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as content marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, and events and trade shows, to develop and implement creative marketing initiatives across multiple platforms and channels.
Education/Training
- Bachelor's degree in design, art, or a related field
Required Work Experience/Skills
- 8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills across various platforms and mediums.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team of creative professionals.
- Experience managing and executing multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry-standard design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.

- Position is performed in a general office environment, home office, or approved remote workspace where physical work includes, but is not limited to, sitting, standing, reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting to 25 lbs.
