Objective Of Position
The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives in line with business growth objectives. Working under the direction of Consumer Marketing leadership, this role has end to end responsibility for key marketing projects including development, design, execution, monitoring and reporting.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead marketing projects directed by the Consumer Marketing leader, including initiatives for Community Banking (Personal), Business Banking and Wealth Management.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with business lines and internal/external partners.
- Support various projects including but not limited to deposit acquisition and checking acquisition campaigns with an opportunity to lead initiatives such as Direct Mail, Branch Merchandising, Lifecycle marketing updates, and sales collateral updates.
- Oversee development and execution of marketing events as needed.
- Coordinate with Marketing Operations, Creative Services, Brand, Channels, and agencies to deliver projects effectively.
- Forecast, track, and report key performance indicators to support marketing reporting requirements.
- Maintain project plans and status updates in Workfront (project management tool) to ensure timely execution.
- Manage marketing budgets by validating estimates, processing invoices, and ensuring programs align with annual plans and budget targets.
- Develop and maintain familiarity with industry, market and competitors including products, advertising strategies, sales support, marketing campaigns, marketing capabilities, promotional activities and marketing best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or creative/media agency roles.
- Financial services or regulatory industry experience, a plus.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and vendors.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities, set stakeholder expectations, and deliver on time.
- Experience managing detailed budgets and ensuring accuracy.
- Results-driven with a bias for action and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Workfront (or similar project management tools).
- Willingness to learn additional platforms such as Power BI and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience developing and delivering creative briefs, working with, and managing agency partners (preferred).
- Experience with graphic design (preferred).
Physical Demands/Work Environment
Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office equipment. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices.

This role allows for a combination of remote and in-office work, with occasional visits to the office based on business needs. Specific in-office days may vary and will be discussed during the interview process.
Compensation & Benefits
Byline Bank offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.
The salary range for this position is between $61,000 to $76,000.
In addition, Byline provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, paid time off and much more! Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include discretionary bonuses and other benefit programs. The actual compensation package may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience level, and candidate's location.
