What You’ll Do
As the Agile Product Owner for Enliven Health’s Patient Experience products, you will be responsible for driving product outcomes that meaningfully impact our customers, internal partners, and the broader healthcare ecosystem.
Primary Impact
You will ensure the successful delivery of the Patient Experience roadmap and serve as a critical driver of value across a suite of digital patient engagement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the Patient Experience product roadmap, ensuring incremental value is achieved in every sprint.
- Build strong partnerships with engineering, design, QA, and cross‑functional stakeholders to align product vision and execution.
- Identify, communicate, and manage cross‑team dependencies that impact delivery.
- Engage with customers and prospects to understand their needs, pains, and workflows and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
- Define and communicate product vision, value propositions, release goals, and sprint goals to internal teams.
- Gather market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to shape prioritized product needs.
- Write and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria; assign business value to support backlog prioritization.
- Maintain a well‑groomed backlog and ensure the highest‑value work is consistently ready for team consumption.
- Accept or reject user stories based on the team’s Definition of Done and established acceptance criteria.
- Partner with customers (internal and external) to gather feedback on each sprint deliverable.
- Collaborate with other Product Owners to align on priorities, trade‑offs, and sequencing of work across the product ecosystem.
Who You Are
You bring a product‑driven mindset, strong collaboration skills, and an ability to clarify complex problems into actionable work.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Product role within an Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with JIRA or other Agile/backlog management tools.
- Experience building product roadmaps and translating high‑level initiatives into actionable work.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
- Familiarity with cloud concepts (e.g., AWS).
- Strong understanding of industry, market, and product trends impacting digital health, retail pharmacy, or patient engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑moving environment.
- Proficiency creating user stories, mockups, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Experience partnering with engineering, design, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
- Ability to gather, synthesize, and act on customer feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
