Responsibilities
- Provide social work services to students K-8, addressing mental health, family dynamics, and barriers to learning
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement support plans
- Conduct assessments, crisis intervention, and referrals to community resources
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and district policies
- Advocate for student well-being and facilitate group or individual counseling sessions
Qualifications
- Masters degree or higher in Social Work
- Valid State/District School Social Work Endorsement or Licensure (PEL)
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
