Brief Description
The Product Strategy Specialist will maintain a working knowledge of the Pharmacy Industry, add and manage distributed products, and collaborate with the Quality, Purchasing, Sales, Resource, Warehouse and Marketing teams. This will include conducting market research, maintaining internal documentation, and compiling and organizing data to leverage sales for internal teams including sales, purchasing, marketing, and product strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, marketing or business preferred.
- Medical sales, healthcare, and/or marketing experience preferred.
- Possess analytical/technical skills required to understand business practices/recommend solutions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Public speaking
- Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, and be comfortable with presentation software.
- P21, Jira, and software skills is a plus.
- Learn/retain current and updated product lines.
- Strong attention to detail including accuracy in information and thoroughness.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time.
- Maintain above average attendance and punctuality.
Summary
- Assist in adding and managing distributed products in HCL systems.
- Conduct basic market research and compile data for senior team members.
- Supports internal departments through product information, documentation, and spec sheet setups.
- Maintain accuracy of product documentation and information throughout product lifecycle
- Learn regulatory requirements and product lifecycle basics.
- Accurately follow work instructions
