Under the general supervision of the Client Operations Manager the Deposit Specialist, Client Receivables provides transaction settlement support to assigned clients. Duties may include daily file loads, master file maintenance, data entry, transaction matching, and resolving any data issues.
Primary Accountabilities:
● Operational (85%)
- Load, balance, post and log activity for all daily deposit files received from all sources
- Monitor and resolve deposit team tickets
- Ensure weekly SOC control is met by running Unposted Check Report and validating any unposted items
- Troubleshoot basic posting issues
● Administrative (15%)
- Setup new payers and associated flags
- Maintain bank cross reference tables in system
- Follow HIPAA policies and procedures per company guidelines
Required Qualification:
- High School Diploma/GED, preferred college degree
- 2-4 years of related work experience and/or any equivalent combination of experience and training
- that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, 10 Key Manual Entry
- Competent in Google Office Suite, Microsoft Office
