Integrated Medical Systems (IMS) is seeking a Biomedical Billing and Purchasing Specialist role. The role is chiefly responsible for daily support and processing of IMS service, equipment sale and month end rental billing maintenance and invoicing processes. Additionally, the role is responsible for daily biomed inventory replenishment purchasing and business analysis reporting as directed.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Knowledge & Experience3+ years of customer service experience
Experience with purchasing and billing in ERP systems
Basic bookkeeping and financial reporting experience
Familiarity with the home infusion, oncology, or long-term care therapy markets and related equipment (preferred, not required)
Strong computer proficiency, including web-based applications, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office (advanced spreadsheet skills required)
Experience with software improvements and system integrations (preferred)
SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective time management with the ability to stay focused amid interruptions
Strong work ethic with a high level of professionalism and accountability

Job Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Process rental, service, equipment sales, and rental buy-out invoices
Manage purchasing for rental fleet, accessories, and service parts
Lead demand planning for rental fleet, accessories, and service parts
Assist with budget preparation and monitor actual performance against budget
Maintain ERP systems and support integrations
Track, analyze, and communicate key performance metrics
Provide vendor and sales support communications related to role responsibilities
