Job Summary And Qualifications
The
Supervisor, SC Data Integration & Quality (DIQ) is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of data quality and integration processes within the Supply Chain domain. This role ensures adherence to enterprise data governance standards, supervises analysts and specialists, and drives continuous improvement initiatives for data accuracy, consistency, and interoperability across systems. Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, the Supervisor will enforce preventative data quality controls, manage integration workflows, and support root cause analysis for systemic issues—building a trusted data foundation for analytics and operational efficiency.
What you will do in this role:
Leadership & Oversight
- Supervise DIQ analysts and specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Prioritize workload and allocate resources to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).

Data Quality Management
- Implement and monitor data quality rules, thresholds, and KPIs.
- Oversee profiling, cleansing, and validation activities for critical data elements.
- Escalate systemic issues and coordinate resolution with IT and business teams.
Integration & Process Control
- Ensure accurate and timely integration of supply chain data across enterprise systems.
- Validate data mapping, transformation logic, and interface performance.
- Collaborate with IT on enhancements to integration architecture and tools.
Governance & Compliance
- Enforce compliance with data governance policies and procedures.
- Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOX).
- Support governance committees with data quality reporting and insights.
Continuous Improvement
- Lead root cause analysis for recurring data issues.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Drive adoption of best practices aligned with DAMA principles.
Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a point of contact for integration and data quality matters.
- Partner with Data Stewardship Lead and MDM teams to ensure semantic consistency.
- Facilitate stakeholder education on data quality standards.
What you will need for this role:
Education & Experience
- High School Graduate/Equivalent, required.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Management, Information Systems, or related field, preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in data quality, integration, or governance roles, required. supervisory experience in a data quality, integration, or governance role, preferred
- 1+ year(s) of experience in Enterprise Data Integration Expertise: managing and governing supply chain data across interconnected ERP, procurement, inventory, and clinical systems to ensure consistency and accuracy in a complex, multi-platform environment, preferred.
- 1+ year(s) of experience in data governance frameworks (DAMA), ETL processes, and data quality tools, preferred.
Licenses, Certifications, & Training
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), preferred.
- APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), preferred.
