The Team
The North America Business Operations team partners with a 6,000+ seller organization to drive revenue growth, operational discipline, and data-driven decision-making. We support forecasting, territory strategy, performance management, and system optimization across the NA business.
Our work directly influences how the sales organization executes and scales.
The Opportunity
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work on high-impact analytical projects that support sales performance and operational strategy. You will gain hands-on experience analyzing complex business data, building dashboards, and delivering insights to teams across Sales, Finance, HR, Product, and Marketing.
This internship is designed for students interested in business analytics, sales strategy, GTM operations, or corporate strategy.

- Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer focused environment.
- Data analysis skills, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to run/support programs across the regions.
- Technically proficient to learn new tools and advise team on ways to improve.
- Highly self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Takes initiative, managing all day-to-day responsibilities and driving projects to completion without constant supervision
- Strong critical thinking loves to problem solve.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about data analytics and reporting.
- Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.
- Rising senior working towards bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
The work is accomplished through analysis and synthesis of large amounts of data from various systems/tools, data sources and creating reports, dashboards to deliver insights and business strategy recommendations. Requires the ability to advise/consult the team and business on areas to improve or simplify internal data tools, workflows, and systems to increase efficiency and quality of work. As part of that work, responsibilities will entail (but not limited to):
- Support global and regional programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization’s financial and tactical business objectives.
- Provide direct support to the NA sales organization from a perspective of territory management, forecasting, system hygiene, program compliance, etc.
- Provide operational support to systems and tools.
- Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to collect, organize, and present data. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected.
- Building reports and dashboards using Excel and Data Visualization tools.
- Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicators versus business objectives.
- Use data to outline common themes and trends and make business recommendations.
- Advising on improved data workflows and processes to improve team efficiency.

Our intern program is designed for rising seniors, as our goal is to convert interns to full-time employees the following year. Because of this, candidates must be graduating by May 2027 to be eligible.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $18.17 - $34.62 per hour; from: $37,800 - $72,000 per year.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
