Paid Search Intern – Oracle NetSuite
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn digital marketing, data analysis, and paid media strategy while contributing to meaningful growth initiatives within the NetSuite GBU.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing
- Basic familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or online advertising platforms is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization for performance analysis
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem solver with a growth mindset

Our intern program is designed for rising seniors, as our goal is to convert interns to full-time employees the following year. Because of this, candidates must be graduating by May 2027 to be eligible.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- Support daily campaign monitoring, budget pacing, and performance tracking
- Help execute A/B tests for ad copy and landing pages to improve campaign results
- Review search term reports to identify potential new keywords and flag irrelevant terms for negative keyword lists
- Analyze campaign performance data and share insights with the team
- Support competitive research and stay informed on PPC and digital marketing trends
- Collaborate with the Manager to help translate strategy into campaign execution
- Contribute to reporting and assist in turning data findings into actionable recommendations

US: Hiring Range in USD from $18.17 - $34.62 per hour; from: $37,800 - $72,000 per year.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
