At Soliant, our Account Executives function as recruiters that strive to supply the best of the best within districts nationwide. In this role, you will specifically be working with Special Education Teachers in California school districts that are interested in substitute roles. Your role in connecting these professionals to school districts will ensure students throughout California are receiving the special education services they need.
Responsibilities
- Source and build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Build and maintain school district relationships
- Familiarize your candidates with our process for substitute opportunities.
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Continue learning and staying on top of the changing market
- Act as a liaison between the school and candidate
Qualifications
- Sales mentality
- Must be willing to commute to the office until gaining hybrid or remote status
As this is an entry level position, we do require people to be onsite in our office before their first milestone/promotion, so please consider this before applying.
