Talent Coordinator
The Screener is responsible for high‑volume outreach to all incoming leads, ensuring timely engagement, accurate documentation, and consistent follow‑up throughout the early stages of the candidate lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in driving conversion by making prompt contact, re‑engaging unresponsive leads, and supporting candidates through contract, credentialing, and up to their first shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact all incoming leads through outbound calls, ensuring timely first touch and consistent follow‑up.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records within the Monday.com board, documenting all outreach and lead activity.
- Execute daily follow‑up outreach to re-engage unresponsive leads using phone, text, and email as appropriate.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly outreach expectations, including:
- At least 60 outbound calls per day
- A minimum of 5 phone screenings per day
- At least 300 total calls per week, including web responses, AI‑qualified calls, and Bullhorn list outreach
- Support leads through later stages by checking in with individuals who have contracts out, are in credentialing, or are preparing for their first shift.
- Adapt outreach volume and strategy based on daily lead flow and business needs.
- Ensure all leads are contacted promptly, which will often result in exceeding the daily minimum call expectations.
