Make an Impact with Healthcare Technology Jobs That Matter We are a global organization specializing in pharmacy and transport automation solutions for hospitals across North America, EMEA, and APAC. We are seeking a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services team. In this individual-contributor role, you will execute and support creative projects. You will work with cross-functional projects (led mostly by the Product Marketing Managers) to deliver high-impact visuals and help tell our story across multiple regions and languages. The ideal candidate has a strong command of design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing software), and thrives in a fast-paced global environment. This position focuses on hands-on design execution, brand consistency, and creative innovation within established brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
Make an impact
- Creative Design & Execution: Create and produce visual assets for a wide range of projects – including marketing campaigns, sales collateral, presentations, infographics, social media graphics, video/motion graphics, and large-format prints (e.g. trade show booths, signage). Ensure all designs are compelling, on-brand, and aligned with project objectives.
- Brand Consistency: Apply corporate brand guidelines and templates across all materials to maintain a consistent look and feel. Serve as a brand steward on design projects by double-checking that visuals, typography, and layouts meet brand standards. Adapt global brand systems in creative ways while staying within approved parameters.
- Global & Multilingual Adaptation: Support global marketing efforts by adapting and versioning designs for different languages and regions. Modify layouts, imagery, and text as needed to ensure cultural relevance and readability in up to nine languages. Manage version control of assets for North America, EMEA, and APAC markets, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all localized deliverables.
- Digital Media & Video Support: Develop visual content for digital channels – including website graphics, email banners, and landing page imagery. Use video editing and basic motion graphics tools to produce short videos or animated clips for product storytelling, campaigns, and internal communications, under the guidance of the Senior Creative Services Manager. Provide creative assets for interactive media as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams – Sales, Business Development, Marketing Communications, Internal Communications, Product Marketing, and Marketing Technology – to gather requirements and feedback for design projects. Incorporate voice-of-customer and stakeholder input into designs to ensure outputs are customer-centric and achieve desired impact. Translate complex or technical concepts from product teams into clear, engaging visual narratives that resonate with hospital and healthcare audiences.
- Project Coordination & Asset Management: Utilize Microsoft Planner and other project management tools to organize, open, and close design jobs in a timely manner. Track your tasks, deadlines, and approvals through the project lifecycle. Assist in managing the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system by properly tagging and archiving final assets for future reuse. Ensure that all production files (print-ready files, digital graphics, video files) are prepared to specification and accessible to those who need them.
- Quality Control: Proofread and double-check design deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and quality. Make sure content (text and graphics) is error-free and aligns with the intended tone. Perform final reviews to confirm that layouts are polished, visuals are high-resolution, and files meet technical requirements (for print or digital output) before release.
- Creative Innovation: Bring a creative mindset and fresh ideas to each project. Contribute multiple design concepts or approaches for key assignments, providing options that tell a strong visual story. Embrace feedback and refine designs while maintaining creative integrity. Stay up-to-date on design trends, new Adobe Creative Cloud features, and emerging tools (including video/motion design) to continuously enhance the creativity and effectiveness of our communications. Although this role does not include leadership duties, we encourage you to proactively contribute ideas and suggest innovative ways to visually communicate our message and improve engagement.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
