At Swisslog Healthcare, our Sales Coordinators offer reliable support and collaboration for sales reps within their assigned territories. This individual will support the Pharmacy Automation sales team by managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless internal workflows, and acting as a key liaison between various departments. This role is essential for maintaining accurate sales data, generating proposals and quotes, and enabling the Regional Sales Directors to focus on strategic customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Make an impact Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for a team of 8 Regional Sales Directors across the U.S. and Canada, creating and managing the team’s quotes, proposals, pricing sheets, reports, and contracts.
- Coordinate communication and data-sharing between Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Customer Service.
- Serve as one of the administrators for the proposal creation platform, PandaDoc.
- Serve as point of contact for updating templates/content and answering questions for Regional Sales Directors and Inside Sales team members.
- Maintain and clean CRM (Salesforce) and pipeline data to support accurate forecasting and reporting for the reps and VP of Sales.
- Generate and automate reports (active equipment, open opportunities, closed deals, etc) using tools like Salesforce, Excel, SAP, and Power Query.
- Manage onboarding and training logistics for new Regional Sales Directors.
- Creating and providing their territory information.
- Creating meetings for them to review products and training with the Sales Consultants.
- Ensuring they are added to channels and teams, along with the training website.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements across teams.
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with data insights and slide creation.
- Manage and answer incoming RFPs, assigning them appropriately to the right team to answer.
- Maintain internal documents and team resources to ensure version control and consistency. This includes updating territory maps, scope sheets, presentations, long/short forms, etc.
- Estimate service contract renewals for the Inside Sales team.
- Schedule and run internal meetings to review certain deals (i.e. Risk Reviews, Estimate Reviews) that meet a threshold for the Regional Sales Directors.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Application Requirements
What you need to succeed Minimum Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Associates Degree.
- 0-3 years’ experience in sales support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be PC literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Office, Word, Excel) as well as internet search and reporting functions.
- Exceptional interpersonal/communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to listen carefully to customers and team members and understand their needs and concerns to resolve issues as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to learn and grow.
- Outbound client contact skills, preferably with experience in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable, but not Essential:
Compensation: Starting salary range for this position is $54,000 - 58,000. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skillset. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical / dental / vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, disability, 401k matching (up to 8%).
