Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Sales Operations Intern to join our Injectables team. As an Intern you will establish and maintain meaningful projects in a working environment that will enhance your marketability as well as provide value to the organization through continued networking. You will actively contribute to the discovery, development and delivery of our products to our patients and customers.
Internship will commence in May and end no later than August.
Responsibilities:
- Support Injectables Sales Operations in projects related to improving efficiencies and effectiveness for the sales team.
- Assist with managing reports within excel.
- Support inside/outside sales teams in day-to-day process requests.
- Involvement with training related materials ensuring documentation is up to date and ready for use.
Qualifications:

- Pursuing a BS/BA degree, preference will be given to students who are incoming juniors or seniors.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Interest in analytics, data analysis, research and communication of research findings.
- Problem Solving, Planning and Organizational Skills.
- Work with urgency to ensure that inquiries are efficiently managed.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skill.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities under general supervision.
- Must be organized and detail/deadline oriented.
- Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction, no sponsorship offered at this time.
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background.
- Must be willing to take a drug test.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
