A school district in Boulder, CO is seeking a skilled School Psychologist to support an elementary school on a contract basis for a leave replacement. Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to identify students strengths and needs
- Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual students
- Provide counseling services to support social-emotional development
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote positive student outcomes
- Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and provide expertise on student accommodations
- Maintain accurate records and comply with ethical and legal standards governing school psychology
Qualifications
- Valid School Psychologist credential/certification for the state of Colorado
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, counseling techniques, and special education laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to manage a leave contract assignment
