We are looking for reliable, motivated, team players with great attention to detail to work on Yardi’s Processing Team! This is an onsite position. 

What You’ll Do:  

Open and sort a high volume of incoming mail quickly and accurately.
Scan documents and upload contents into the company’s database.
Perform data entry to ensure information is recorded and organized correctly.
Support the team with other clerical tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Who You Are:  

High School Diploma, or GED
Prior data entry experience with keystrokes of at least 10,000 per hour
Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

Helpful to have:  

Ability to use a PDF scanner
