Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in grades K-12.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs.
- Collaborate with educators and families to integrate therapy goals into the classroom setting.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and compliance with school policies.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students (grades K-12).
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
