- Assess the current state of training, content, and leadership development.

- Meet 1:1 with executive leaders, HR, and a representative group of leaders across levels.
- Review all existing training materials, leadership programs, and learning assets.
- Audit current onboarding, leadership training, and development initiatives.
- Evaluate how training is currently delivered, tracked, and reinforced.
- Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Review any current external training providers or content in use.
- Observe live meetings or training sessions to understand leadership dynamics.
Early Wins
- Clarify ownership of all learning and leadership development activities.
- Establish a consistent leadership and training vocabulary.
