Who We’re Looking For:
We're looking for a highly organized and ambitious HR Analyst to fill this newly created role designed to support and enhance core HR Operations with HR metrics, automation, reporting and process improvement initiatives across the function. This position is ideal for an HR Operations professional who enjoys improving how things work, partners closely with stakeholders, and who brings (or is eager to build) technical fluency to support data-driven operations. This position will collaborate with the Finance/Payroll team and other HR professionals to ensure the company’s practices are effective and efficient, while applying HR strategies that align with business goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
HR Operations Support
- Create, track, and report HR operational metrics and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, etc.)
- Support monthly/quarterly HR reporting cycles and ad hoc data requests; translate business questions into clear, actionable metrics.
- Develop standardized reporting processes (templates, schedules, distribution lists) and document metric definitions, data sources, and calculation logic.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to streamline workflows and improve data handoffs.
- Prepare and submit bi-weekly HR payroll changes in partnership with Payroll/Finance, including audits for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity (new hires, status changes, compensation updates, leave tracking, etc.); perform regular audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Own day-to-day HR operations support, ensuring timely, accurate handling of routine HR transactions and employee inquiries (e.g., job changes, terminations, data updates, onboarding/offboarding coordination).
- Identify operational pain points and recommend process improvements, support implementation of new procedures, forms, and tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant employment regulations by following documented processes and maintaining required records.
HR Administration and Support
- Support overall daily HR Operations and provide facilities support
- Provide back-up support for HR team members during peak cycles and absences to ensure continuity of service.
- Distribute mail to appropriate departments and recipients
- Direct voicemails to the appropriate experts
- Assist with local onsite departmental support, team meetings and company events.
- Support meeting coordination, catering requests, and other office-related tasks when needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring To The Table:
Experience and Education:
- 2-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
HR Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Proficient in HR software and ability to work with metric dashboards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
- Proficient with human resource information systems (HRIS), and similar computer applications
- Knowledge of UKG/UltiPro is a plus

- Enthusiastic about learning and developing in the HR field

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 - $100,000.
This is the lowest to highest salary range for which this role has been evaluated. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors which include but are not limited to education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organization needs.
