What You Get To Do
- Establish and maintain good customer relations by promptly responding to external and internal customer inquiries and promoting the Company’s products and services
- Responsible for data entry into Knapp CMMS, KPI reports and Excel Spreadsheets.
- Maintain and format excel spreadsheet and generate reports of daily weekly and monthly workflow results, parts usage and system performance. Utilizing Kisoft Analytics, and SCADA
- Plan, schedule and track corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level
- Review stock of spare parts with demand in the maintenance department
- Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the CMMS
- Coordinate and support plant-wide shutdowns as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Have
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization,
- Minimum 1-2 years in Industrial Maintenance
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner and provide direction to others
- Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementing them
- Strong Computer skills especially need to have Advanced Proficiency with MS office Excel and Access and knowledge of various CMMS software
Working Conditions and Environment:
- Overtime as required by work
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Occasional travel maybe required
- Professional office etiquette is required at all times
- Physical requirements may include:
- sitting, squatting, walking, reaching out to arm’s length, reaching over-head, lifting between 50-100 pounds, and reading
