Samples Coordinator/ QA Assistant

In this position you will report directly to the QA Manager, Samples Coordinator/QA Assistant will process sample requests for new customers, donations, brokers, product shows, sales and marketing. You will provide assistance to the QA Manager for monitoring and maintaining quality processes. Three years of experience as a Section Quality Coordinator or in a Customer Services position, is required. No two days are the same in this fast-paced factory!

More Info On Your New Position
- Attendance is important! You must be reliable, punctual and consistent.
- You perform quality checks on the product and run required label for the samples.
- Ship requests to meet customer requested dates and track shipments as needed.
- Assist in customer and 3rd party audit preparations.
- Assist in maintaining calibration and verification of lab equipment and scales
- Follow and support all Company Safety, GMP,HACCP & ISO policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Education & Experience must include a High School Diploma or GED. Along with 3 years as a Section Quality Coordinator or other quality or Customer Service position.
