We are looking for Summer Interns who are graduating December 2026 or May 2027. Our internship program is designed to give rising Seniors the opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in Sales and Recruiting. The internship assists our high-level Sales Account Executives and their day-to-day tasks.
What we are looking for:
- Graduating in 2026/2027 with a B.S. (or higher) from a 4-year accredited university
- An interest in sales and recruiting post-graduation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent listening skills
- Energetic, curious, and engaging demeanor
- Competitive and Self-motivated – a high sense of urgency and ability to work well independently and in a team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Comfortable making and receiving calls
Nice to have
- Prior experience with customer-facing and/or sales roles (retail, hospitality)
- Leadership experience (Greek life, group project leader, student-athlete)

Here is some of the day to day in an Account Executive Intern role:
- Help Account Executives manage all behind-the-scenes tasks (data entry, sending contracts to candidates, CRM management)
- Shadow Account Executives calls, meetings and interviews to see the full job cycle
- Trouble-shoot candidate issues (payroll, timecards, benefits, stipends)
- Work with credentialing to help with onboarding of candidates
- Help Account Executives create a pipeline of potential candidates by prescreening the candidates (cold calling and job postings)
- Join “Success Express” training meetings with Account Executives for additional sales training
