Soliant is growing our team in Houston, Texas, supporting pharmacies nationwide with their staffing needs. We’re looking for a metrics-driven individual who is confident with cold calling, skilled at building and maintaining relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit healthcare talent to support pharmacies nationwide
- Prospect new clients and understand their staffing needs
- Build and grow a book of business with healthcare professionals and pharmacy partners
- Act as the liaison between hiring managers and candidates, including negotiating employment contracts
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and manage employment contracts throughout assignments
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Previous metrics-driven sales experience or a strong interest in sales and recruiting
- Comfortable communicating over the phone, including cold calling
- Strong work ethic, collaborative attitude, and a genuine drive to grow in a sales-focused career
