The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing our digital presence across all platforms and demonstrate a return on investment (ROI) to the separate businesses for marketing-related activities. This role will be responsible for the execution and evolution of our digital strategy — including content creation, paid media, community management, and performance tracking. A key aspect of this position is to advise and report Ann, providing insights that drive strategic decisions. The ideal candidate brings a data-driven mindset with proven success in launching, measuring, and validating ROI across diverse marketing campaigns. They are curious, resourceful and a self-starter who is a fast learner.
This is a hybrid role based in Houston, TX, requiring in-office presence 3 days per week. Candidates must be located in the Houston area or willing to relocate.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Leadership
- Design, execute, and optimize integrated multichannel marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, email, and display advertising platforms, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational objectives and growth initiatives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans by analyzing market dynamics, aligning initiatives with business goals, and adapting strategies to evolving market conditions.
Digital Performance & Analytics
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Salesforce and Pardot, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Establish and implement ROI measurement frameworks that demonstrate clear business value to individual business units.
- Provide detailed performance reports with strategic recommendations to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Marketing Automation & Lead Nurture
- Architect and deploy automated email marketing and workflows through Pardot Engagement Studio to nurture leads throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business units to craft compelling email content and execute targeted campaigns including newsletters, promotional communications, and automated nurture sequences.
Website & Search Optimization
- Oversee website content strategy and performance optimization in collaboration with headquarters team and business units.
- Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and improve search rankings
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Direct the strategy and execution of both paid and organic social media initiatives across all platforms.
- Manage company social media presence to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives.
Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis.
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and market trend assessment to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
- Translate market insights into actionable recommendations that enhance competitive positioning.
Cross-Functional Project Leadership
- Self-Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution of marketing programs.

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field with 8+ years of experience in digital marketing manager and website management experience.
- HS Diploma and 10+ years of experience in digital marketing in lieu of degree.
- Documented success in campaign management and delivering quantifiable ROI to the business.
- Experience in managing social media, email marketing, and website content.
- Proven ability to measure and demonstrate marketing ROI.
