About the Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll manage a full sales and recruitment cycle, partnering with pharmacies and healthcare professionals to deliver staffing solutions that truly make a difference.
This is a 100% onsite role in our Oldsmar, FL office and is best suited for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-activity environment.
What You’ll Do
- Help pharmacies across the country stay fully staffed and ready to serve their communities
- Build and manage relationships with pharmacy leaders and healthcare professionals
- Develop new business through outbound and inbound sales efforts
- Manage accounts from initial outreach through placement and ongoing partnership
- Solve urgent staffing needs with speed, professionalism, and care
- Collaborate closely with recruiting and sales teammates in the office
- Track activity, performance, and pipeline metrics using CRM tools

This role is a strong fit if you:
- Have 1–2+ years of experience in a metric-driven sales role (inside sales, SDR/BDR, staffing, insurance, or equivalent, etc.)
- Are comfortable working toward quotas, KPIs, and activity metrics
- Want full-cycle sales ownership, not just lead generation
- Are confident speaking with decision-makers and negotiating
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, in-office environment
- Hold a “succeed together” mindset and value collaboration
