RPh on the Go is growing in our Oldsmar, Fl office and looking to bring on an Account Executives to work with pharmacies nationwide to understand and fulfill their hiring needs. An Account Executive is driven by metrics, comfortable with cold calling and maintaining relationships with existing clients and consultants. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and works well in a collaborative environment. This is an onsite role based out of Oldsmar, FL.

Responsibilities
· Identify talent within the healthcare industry to work in hospitals nationwide
· Prospect clients and understand their staffing needs
· Build a book of business with healthcare professionals
· Work as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates to negotiate employment contracts
· Maintain relationships with candidates and manage employment contracts
What you'll need to succeed
· Previous sales experience or strong interest in sales and recruiting
· Comfortable communicating over the phone and cold calling
· Strong work ethic and passion to grow in sales
