A contracted role is available for a School Psychologist to support a K-12 school in Irwin, PA, covering a leave of absence. This position involves a full 40-hour workweek with opportunities to utilize specialized skills in assessments and student support services.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Administering psychological testing for Special Education (SPED) and Gifted students
- Providing counseling services and supporting the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Contributing expertise in Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) to assist student academic and behavioral progress
Preferred Qualifications And Experience
- Licensed or certified School Psychologist with experience in K-12 settings
- Familiarity with SPED and Gifted student evaluations and counseling
- Understanding of MTSS framework and its application in schools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork
