Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive
HR Recruiter to manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle across multiple functions. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to offer rollout and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders
- Negotiate compensation and close candidates within defined budgets
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate documentation
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel, job portals, and ATS tools
- Prior experience in healthcare, pharma, or manufacturing is a plus
