The Senior Manager, Radiology Clinical Applications, is responsible for leading a team of experienced professionals who deliver Merge Imaging solutions to healthcare clients. This role establishes operational objectives, policies, and work plans, and ensures the team’s alignment with strategic goals. The Senior Manager drives excellence in solution delivery, customer satisfaction, clinical adoption and team development, while collaborating across departments to influence broader organizational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

-Establishand execute operationalobjectives, policies, and procedures for theClinical Applications team.

- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and guide execution across multiple projects and disciplines.

- Manage department budget and resource allocation withbroadimpact on business outcomes.

-Drive transformational initiatives to modernize clinical applicationand/or trainingprocesses, ensuring alignment with evolving industry standards and emerging technologies

Team Management

- Lead and mentor a team ofClinicalApplications specialistsincluding hiring, performance management, and career development.

- Oversee day-to-day operations and delegate assignments to ensuretimelyand high-quality delivery.

- Provide guidance on complex matters and supportspecialistsas needed.

Customer Engagement & Delivery Excellence

- Ensure successful implementation of Merge Imaging solutions, including workflow design, configuration, training, and adoption.

- Serve as an escalation point for complex customer issues and strategic engagements.

- Foster relationships with key clinical stakeholders and ensure alignment with customer goals.

-Lead efforts to redesign andoptimizehow clinical application specialists implement Merge solutions,leveragingbest practices and innovative approaches toensureefficient delivery,successful go lives and clinical adoption.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and other departments to ensure cohesive solution delivery.

- Influence company-wide policies and practices through feedback and strategic input.

- Represent theClinical Applicationsfunction in internal planning and external engagements.

-Partner with stakeholders toidentifyopportunities for process reengineering and digital transformation.

Operational Oversight

- Manageteam performance, projectassignments andmilestones, and outcomes.

- Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards including HIPAAand clinical best practices.

-Champion transformationinitiatives, includingbut not limited to implementation of new tools and templates, approaches toapplication training, and clinical engagement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information systems, or related field (Master’spreferred).

- 7+ years of experience in healthcare IT or clinical environments, witha minimum of 3 years in a formal leadership role with direct reports.

- Strong understanding of radiology workflows and imaginginformaticstechnologies.

-Experience developing and executing change management strategies to support clinical adoption and operational transformation.

-Demonstratedexperience leading end-to-end solution delivery, including workflow analysis, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

- Excellent communication, coaching,managementand facilitation skills.

- Relevant certifications (CIIP, PARCA, CPSA, etc.) are a plus.

Compensation

The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.

Min – Max :

$132,662.40 - $198,993.60 (USD)
