Position Summary:
The Sr. Account Executive is a true hunter responsible for driving new business growth through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and full-cycle sales execution. This role focuses on identifying and targeting high-value prospects, qualifying opportunities, delivering compelling presentations, and managing the sales process from first contact to close. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-velocity environment, consistently builds new pipeline, and secures net-new revenue through strategic outreach and consultative selling.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, driven self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in enterprise B2B software sales. They demonstrate strong discipline, ownership, and resilience, with the ability to independently source and close new opportunities. Experience in serialization, track-and-trace, or the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred. We are seeking top performers who excel in competitive environments and are motivated by winning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
- Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contract documentation.
- Track and manage pipeline activities using approved CRM tools.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships to support customer acquisition and retention.
- Serve as a liaison between the customer and internal teams (e.g., Solutions, Support, Implementation) to ensure successful onboarding and satisfaction.
- Generate customer references, testimonials, and participation in marketing initiatives where applicable.
- Maintain up-to-date understanding ofallLSPediaproducts
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings,global serialization,and DSCSA compliance requirements.
- RepresentLSPediaat industry events, trade shows, or customer meetings as assigned.
- Work in close coordination with Sales Engineers, Product Managers, and Customer Success team members to align customer solutions with business needs.
- Share market intelligence and customer feedback to support product development and improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to departmental sales goals andparticipatein regular sales reviews and forecasting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, orrelatedfield (preferred).
- 5+yearsofenterprise-level B2B sales, preferably in software, SaaS, or healthcare/pharma.
- Proficiencywith CRM systems and digital productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoom, Microsoft 365).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently.
- Travel required up to 25%.
