We are seeking a dynamic senior associate or partner-level attorney (7+ years of experience) in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare Law to join our growing practice. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of law, medicine, and innovation, leading sophisticated matters that shape industry standards while mentoring the next generation of attorneys.
What You'll Do
- Advise a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical, pharmacy, and healthcare clients on complex market access, managed care, and regulatory issues.
- Lead and mentor a collaborative team of attorneys on high-impact projects.
- Draft and negotiate mission-critical contracts - including manufacturer, payor, and distribution agreements.
- Build compliance frameworks that help clients thrive in an evolving regulatory landscape.
- Partner directly with executives and founders, becoming a trusted business and legal strategist.

Qualifications
- J.D. with 7+ years in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical law.
- Licensed (or eligible) in NJ or NY; other admissions a plus.
- Experience in pricing, reimbursement, or regulatory compliance required
- Prior supervisory or mentoring experience.
- Background in pharmacy or healthcare (RPh, PharmD, RN, etc.) a plus.

The posted salary range will depend on years of experience and other factors. Listed salary range is a guideline depending on experience, but we will pay more for the right candidate, with additional premiums paid for attorneys with a portable book of business.
