ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Tax to oversee the operational functions of tax, such as Transfer Pricing, Credits & Incentives, and Cash Flow planning. Reporting to the Director of Tax, you'll guide how we build, optimize, and enhance our ways of working.

What You'll Do:- Transfer Pricing:
- Own the transfer pricing function, ensuring transfer pricing strategies align with Fullscript’s business model.
- Maintain Fullscript’s transfer pricing policies, particularly around Cost Sharing Agreements (CSA) and Cost Plus inter-company transactions.
- Drive the design and implementation of internal transfer pricing processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant documentation and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to analyze transfer pricing exposure.
- R&D Credits and Incentives:
- Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, R&D, Engineering) to implement tools that streamline the Credits and Incentives claim process.
- Collaborate with external advisors on the Canadian SR&ED credit claims process, ensuring compliance with Canadian regulations and maximizing available incentives.
- Manage the U.S. Section 174 R&D expense reporting process and ensure accurate deductions and documentation.
- Cash Tax Forecasting:
- Develop and maintain a robust model to forecast the company’s cash tax liabilities across the U.S. and Canada.
- Analyze historical tax data, legislative changes, and corporate strategies to refine forecasting assumptions and ensure accurate, timely projections.
- Present cash tax forecasts to senior leadership and Finance partners to support budgeting, liquidity analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Tax Reporting & Compliance:
- Manage the tax compliance and reporting surrounding transfer pricing, (eg. Form 5472, T106)
- Ensure withholding tax obligations are met on a timely basis.
- Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
What You Bring:- CPA, CA, or other relevant professional designation preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant tax experience, with recent experience leading tax operations.
- Proven experience in transfer pricing, particularly around Cost Sharing Agreements (CSA) and cost-plus methodologies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Canadian SR&ED credits and U.S. Section 174 R&D tax regulations.
- Prior experience within an online marketplace/eCommerce environment.
- Strong MS Excel or Gsheet skills, familiarity with NetSuite a plus.
- Demonstrated success in building and improving processes.
- Very organized, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; including, the ability to explain highly complex subject matter in simple terms.
