Labconco is seeking an experienced Website Manager to join our Marketing team. If you’re passionate about digital strategy, user experience, and optimizing web platforms that support innovation in science and technology, this role is for you. In this position, you’ll lead the management, and optimization of Labconco’s web presence—from driving traffic to enhancing the customer journey across our digital ecosystem.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
- Experience managing enterprise-level websites (such as Contentful and Magento)
, or headless CMS platforms. - Familiarity with digital tools including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CRM platforms.
- A solid understanding of B2B digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and technical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Kansas City and collaborate across teams.

Responsible for maintaining and growing engagement on the company’s website platforms including but not limited to updating content, developing pages and digital assets for new product launches and features, ongoing website SEO and digital assets for campaigns.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and configure content across integrated, headless CMS platforms e.g. Contentful and Magento (Adobe Commerce Cloud), while supporting digital products and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze digital traffic and user behavior, extract actionable insights, and collaborate with team members to implement strategies that enhance SEO/GEO improvements, email nurturing campaigns, social media engagement, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Identify and implement web search engine and generative AI optimization best practices.
- Research and share emerging digital trends and technologies with the team to support innovation where appropriate.
- Conduct multivariate web testing where practical, and provide results to management.
- Assist in establishing, documenting and communicating processes for efficient digital operations.
- Maintain professional relationships with internal and external resources work closely with external vendors for website development and maintenance.
- Monitor, maintain, and promptly respond to correspondence.
Nice to have/bonus:
- Oversee and maintain division microsites and marketing landing pages built on platforms such as WordPress and Salesforce Account Engagement.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all channels, leveraging CRM and marketing automation; track and report performance metrics (ROI, KPIs).
- Assist in evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data to ensure digital activities and messaging are driving business.
