The Director, Network Programs & Research will lead Loopback’s network engagement and research agenda, building stronger collaboration between health systems and life-sciences partners. This leader will oversee Loopback’s Therapy-Specific Outcomes Coalitions (TSOC) and Network Programs, guiding strategy, content, and execution to demonstrate the value of the health-system specialty pharmacy channel.
This role is ideal for a clinically grounded, strategic leader who can connect the dots between health-system operations, manufacturer needs, and evidence-generation priorities. You will shape Loopback’s research partnerships, design new programs, and help expand Loopback’s position as a trusted convener for health systems and manufacturers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead TSOC strategy, programming, and engagement with participating health systems.
- Design and oversee network programs focused on research, patient access, and outcomes improvement.
- Translate network insights into fundable, repeatable programs that create measurable impact.
- Serve as a liaison between health system, life sciences, and product teams to align priorities and enable execution.
- Represent Loopback as a clinical and strategic leader in external forums and partner meetings.
What You Bring
- Advanced clinical degree (PharmD strongly preferred) and 8+ years of experience in health-system, life-sciences, or research partnership leadership.
- Expertise in health-system specialty pharmacy and manufacturer collaboration.
- Proven success leading multi-stakeholder research or outcomes programs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
