Soliant is seeking a qualified LSSP to provide comprehensive psychological services to middle-grade students. This role requires an onsite, hands-on practitioner who is comfortable working directly with students, staff, and campus teams.
Position Details

- Hours: 37.5 per week
- Grade Levels: 5th8th
- Setting: Onsite only no hybrid or virtual options
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk and threat assessments as needed.
- Provide counseling minutes as outlined in ARD documentation.
- Participate in IEP/ARD meetings when appropriate; attendance varies based on student eligibility and whether the LSSP is serving as case manager.
- Collaborate closely with administrators, teachers, and support staff to address student needs.
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and follow district procedures.
Requirements
- Active Texas LSSP licensure.
- Strong clinical judgment and experience with crisis/risk assessment preferred.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and work effectively with students in grades 58.
- Must be comfortable working fully onsite and engaging directly with students and campus teams.
