Position Summary
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our 3rd Shift team
. If you have experience in inventory, shipping, or warehouse operations and enjoy a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency matter, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
- Efficiently manage, organize, and retrieve stock.
- Perform inventory counts, weight checks, and rotate stock using FIFO methods.
- Inspect merchandise and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
- Safely distribute products to assigned areas and operate motorized equipment such as forklifts.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Schedule
- Sunday: Noon until the end of production
- Monday – Thursday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory (experience in a distribution center is a plus)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable time management and the ability to complete tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet (standing/walking) for at least 90% of the shift
- Comfortable operating pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
- Experience operating a forklift or turret truck/stock picker

The Pay Range For This Role Is
16 - 21.99 USD per hour(Shreveport, Louisiana)
