School Psychologist (Pre-K12)

About The Position
Soliant is seeking a dedicated, student-centered
School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services across Pre-K through 12th grade. The ideal candidate is collaborative, data-driven, and passionate about supporting student success academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and provide eligibility recommendations in accordance with Indiana Article 7.
- Participate on MTSS / RTI teams and support data-based decision-making for interventions.
- Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and families regarding academic, behavioral, and mental-health needs.
- Support functional behavioral assessments (FBA) and behavior intervention plans (BIP).
- Assist with crisis intervention and short-term counseling services.
- Provide expertise in social-emotional learning, trauma-informed practices, and behavior supports.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and support compliance with state and federal special education regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEP goals.
Qualifications
- Masters or Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in School Psychology required.
- Valid Indiana School Psychologist license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention frameworks, and special education law.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds, including Pre-K learners.
