Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate Level 1 is responsible for performing essential warehouse operations, including inventory handling, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position plays a key role in supporting the efficiency and accuracy of warehouse activities. It is a full-time, on-site role, requiring daily presence at the warehouse facility.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Pick and pack product for the calibration lab, assembly, and shipping.
Process cycle counts and support annual inventory efforts.
Process warehouse work orders as needed.
Notify the lead when items or supplies are running low.
Report any damaged products.
Use the system to support transaction processing.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area.
Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and to write basic correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
Basic math skills, including the ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide by 10s and 100s. May also require performing calculations involving weight, volume, distance, ratios, and percentages.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
General computer literacy and experience with basic Microsoft applications.
Physical demands include the ability to walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 75 lbs.
